I find that in Diablo2, the most fun characters, are those who have some areas or monsters or things they struggle with, it forces the player to think and work differently, as well as breaking the monotony of mindless progression.

If you meet a lightning immune mob, you are very likely to have at least 1attack that isn’t lighting.
If you meet a large, but weak mob (Think the skeletons of act 2) you are very likely to have at least 1 aoe attack.
If you meet a single, but very tough monster, you are very likely to have at least 1 high damage single target attack.
If you get in trouble, you are very likely to have some form of escape/traveling skill.

For example, the monks exploding palm attack could be worthless on skeletons being they don’t have hearts. So if a monk player was depending on the exploding palm skill to deal with large crowds, he would have a weakness for large crowds of skeletons. He would still be able to kill them using one of his other attacks, but they would be particularly tough for him.

I like the idea of having different zombies. BUT, i don’t like the zombie models, or the noises they make. they look and act too real, too alive. normally, zombies have been dead and rotting, or reanimation after blood has coagulated, which makes the body stiff. something is just off with them for me. honestly, if i had my eyes closed, i might not be able to tell by the sound that they were zombies. their dying noises, they seem too, not dead. especially the female zombies, it could probably pass off as a crazed woman, not a zombie. they dont seem scary at all, not that i expect to be scared, but there have been a couple of times where in games, things made noises which sent chills down my spine, regenerators from RE4 being one of those when i was a young kid.

You know what? This attack form is damn crazy! The Witch Doctor kills about twenty enemies within 20 seconds! By casting out Locus Swarm, the Swarm spreads automatically between targets and takes damages. You can see the tiny green insects fly from one target to another and kill them all with a rapid speed. Although the scene should be quite scary, I do feel like it’s quite pretty and cartoonish :p

Back to the topic, Diablo 3 Witch Doctor is able to summon pets (insects?) to attack enemies. The whole process sounds like a bug-based army which kills enemies to survive. When they finished eating one enermy, they just turned into another enermy like a chain lightning action. More than that, the swarm can also be used to spread and contol the enermies or buffed with other Witch Doctor Spells. Shown in the demo Diablo 3 movie on the official website, when the Witch Doctor cast Locust Swarm on his mongrel, the pet gain extra attack bonus.

Scary but Pretty, I guess Locust Swarm will be the best skill I love after all

the necro was an old, unmuscular, creepy looking guy. The WD is an old, unmuscular, creepy looking guy. ? Basically the same except the WD Has a tan.

Play -
simply put, IMO, they play the same.
Summons: summons (they only possible difference is strength vs. # like the Druid and necro in D2.
Poison: poison curses vs. Horrify/confuse ( of course they have different effects but the principle is the same. No actual damage but makes killing easier.)
bone vs. Fire (bone was used primarily as ranged attacks. Fire is used for ranged, at least with the flame skull. Bone wall replaced by zombie wall)

How do you Diablo 3 girls like it?

Diablo 3 Witch Doctor is able to perform fire bomb spell. Although the attack is slow, it’s very powerful. The fire bomb attack skill allows Diablo 3 Witch Doctor lob blazing projectiles, like molotov cocktails, at his enemies at varying distance. The attack distane is very width for Diablo 3 Witch Doctor, which he is able to throw blazing objects all the way across the screen or just exactly here by the Witch Doctor’s feet. Apart from physical damages, the spell seems to have some other sorts of fire spirit damages, for a flaming figure is briefly visible overhead when the fire bomb bursts. Also, when the burning bombs explodes in a burst of flames when it lands, except the normal fire damages, the targets take continued damages from the fire for several seconds, and everything is knocked back in the immediate vicinity. However, when the fire bomb grounded and targets walk past it, they took no damage at all.
